Refund Policy:

We offer a 14 day return policy, which gives you 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also include the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged items and problems:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make sure it is resolved.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), personalized products (e.g., special orders or customized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day withdrawal period in the European Union:

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to notify you of approval of refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method, within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
