From Straw Hat Boy to the Fearsome Monkey D. Luffy - FROM EAST BLUE TO ALABASTA
Caught in a storm on his makeshift boat, he found himself lost at sea in a simple barrel.
Moving forward at the rhythm of the waves, he is rescued by the pirate captain Alvida and her ship, the Miss Love Duck, where he meets Kobby, a young man reduced to slavery who dreams of becoming a marine.
Luffy will quickly have to fight Alvida in order to continue his adventure.
Freed from the pirate, our hero continues his advance alongside Kobby who tells him about a man named Roronoa Zoro the pirate hunter.
The two young boys then land on their first island, Shell Town, a naval base where Roronoa Zoro is being held awaiting execution.
Determined that Zoro joins his crew, Luffy will engage in a fight with the tyrannical Captain Morgan in order to free the pirate hunter but also the entire island.
He then reveals to Zoro his dream of becoming the pirate king and asks him to join his crew.
This is how Luffy leaves Shell Town with the first member of the Mugiwara: Roronoa Zoro the pirate hunter.
Facing new adventures, the two friends find themselves on an island where they meet a young woman named Nami.
Chased by Buggy the Clown's pirate crew, the mischievous Nami forms an alliance with Luffy to defeat his detractors.
She sets sail alongside Luffy and Zoro before betraying them to save the village of Orange Town led by the cruel Arlong, a fish man, who has a true hatred for the human race and has held it since childhood.
Determined to free Nami, Luffy and Zoro engage in a fierce battle, defeating Arlong's crew and allowing the navigator to join the Straw Hat crew.
Continuing their journey Luffy , Zoro and Nami arrive on Syrup Island, where they meet a young man named Usopp, friend of Kaya, a rich young woman, living secluded in her mansion with only her steward Kuro for company.
Quickly, Kuro's true face appears, the latter is none other than the bloodthirsty pirate Kuro who aspires to take control of the island with his crew.
A new battle begins for the Straw Hat Pirate who emerges victorious from this fight and gains a new member in his crew, Usopp.
To thank him, Kaya offers the crew the crew's boat: the famous Vogue Merry.
Before continuing their journey, the Straw Hat Pirates, now four, stop at the famous Baratie restaurant run by the former pirate, Zeff.
The Mugiwaras meet a young sous chef, a lover of women: Sanji, whose dream is to discover All Blue, a legendary sea where all the varieties of fish from all the oceans are said to live.
Dazzled by Sanji's cooking, Luffy then offered him a position as chef of the Going Merry.
The Mugiwaras stop at Logue Town, a town Luffy wishes to visit, eager to see the place of execution of the great pirate Gold Roger.
This stop will lead Luffy to confront the pirate Buggy the clown, his old acquaintance Alvida the pirate and Captain Smoker, a respected naval officer.
Resuming their journey, the crew heads towards Reverse Mountain, the gate providing access to Grand Line.
After crossing the reverse mountain, the Mugiwaras meet Crocus, the former doctor of Gold Roger's crew, and Laboon, a whale left in the latter's care while waiting to find his crew.
Before continuing their journey, the pirates face a private organization, the Baroc Works, which has come to attempt Laboon's life.
A fight then begins between Luffy, Miss Wedneday and Mister 9, a member of the Boroc Works.
Quickly, the defeated Miss Wednesday confesses to the crew her true identity: Nefertari Vivi, princess of the Kingdom of Alabasta controlled by the Baroc Works.
Finally on the main line, the pirates continue their crossing to Drum Island, a winter island on the main line, governed by the dreadful Wapol.
During their exploration the pirates will meet many characters and in particular Tony Tony Chopper a reindeer who ate the human fruit.
Persecuted by the men Chopper, took refuge in medicine which he first learned with his savior Doctor Hiluluk then with the doctor Kureha wishing to achieve his dream, he joined Luffy's crew with the aim of curing all the diseases of the world.

Tashigi , Captain Smoker's second in command, took it upon himself to make a request that Crocodile be stripped of his title of Grand Corsair for abuse of his privileges and criminality that could unbalance the world.
Crocodile, Daz Bones, Bentham, and Galdino, a member of the Baroque Works, were taken to Impel Down .
As the crew finally leaves Alabasta, freed from Crocodile's destructive ambition, the island finds itself surrounded by the navy.
The Going Merry managed to escape the Marine forces thanks to a kind-hearted man, Bonclay, who sacrificed himself to allow Luffy and his crew to escape.
A deep friendship was then formed between Luffy and Bonclay.
Luffy, a young pirate, was then recognized by the world government and had a price of 100 million berries.
