Terms of Sale

Article 1 – Seller

The website www.mugiwaraboyz.com is operated by MoonShin, SASU with a share capital of [AMOUNT] €, registered office [FULL ADDRESS], RCS [CITY] [SIREN], hereinafter "MugiwaraBoyz". Contact: mugiwaraboyz14@gmail.com.

Article 2 – Scope

These terms apply to any order placed on the website by a consumer. They are accepted by the customer when confirming the order. The applicable version is the one in force on the date of the order.

Article 3 – Products

The products offered are figures and items inspired by manga and anime universes. Their essential characteristics (dimensions, material, contents) are stated on each product page. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, products are not official licensed products. Photographs are as accurate as possible, but colours may vary depending on screens.

Article 4 – Prices

Prices are shown in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French Tax Code (CGI). The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed. Any delivery costs are shown before payment. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may be payable by the customer in the destination country.

Article 5 – Orders

The order is final once payment is confirmed. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the customer. MugiwaraBoyz may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, in case of an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud, with a full refund within 14 days.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is made online when ordering, using the methods offered on the checkout page. Card details are processed by secure payment providers and are not stored by MugiwaraBoyz.

Article 7 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer, within the time stated on the product page and at checkout. If no time is stated, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the order. In case of delay, the customer may, after formal notice has remained unanswered, cancel the sale and obtain a full refund (article L216-6 of the French Consumer Code). A tracking number is provided once the order ships.

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal

The customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without giving any reason, under the conditions described in the Return and Refund Policy. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Article 9 – Legal guarantees

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for 2 years from delivery, and by the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In case of a defect, the customer may obtain repair or replacement of the product or, failing that, a refund, free of charge. A product that arrives damaged is replaced or refunded in accordance with the Return Policy.

Article 10 – Liability

MugiwaraBoyz cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in case of force majeure or due to the customer. This clause does not limit the consumer's rights under the legal guarantees.

Article 11 – Personal data

Data collected is processed in accordance with the website's Privacy Policy.

Article 12 – Complaints and mediation

Any complaint may be sent to mugiwaraboyz14@gmail.com. If a dispute is not resolved, the customer may use the consumer mediator free of charge: [MEDIATOR NAME, ADDRESS, WEBSITE]. The customer may also use the European online dispute resolution platform.

Article 13 – Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Consumers retain the benefit of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
