Each customer who wishes to return their order has 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to make a return.
To do this, the customer must submit a request to us via the contact form, indicating the order number .
→ If an item is found to have a manufacturing defect or is non-compliant, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. After this time, the order is deemed to be compliant.
Detailed Return Policy:
If the buyer changes his mind and wishes to obtain a refund for his order, he has 14 days from the date of receipt of his order to send his return request to Customer Service, via the contact form . If the 14-day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
If an item is defective , the buyer has 48 hours after receiving their order to contact Customer Service. In such a situation, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) by email (description and photos attached) to Customer Service first via the " Contact Us " contact form.
If the buyer has received a free item for their order, for whatever reason, such as a lost and undelivered package, an abnormal delivery delay, a special offer or a gift, and they wish to return part or all of the order, then the buyer must also return the item that was offered to them.
In the event of a return, MugiwaraBoyz® is required to reimburse the amounts paid by the customer, with the exception of return shipping costs. Shipping costs (return shipping) are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable. This policy applies to all items sold on the MugiwaraBoyz® website, except for personalized items. Personalized items cannot be returned.
