Each customer who wishes to return their order has 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to make a return.
To do this, the customer must submit a request to us via the contact form, indicating the order number .
→ If an item is found to have a manufacturing defect or is non-compliant, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. After this time, the order is deemed to be compliant.
Detailed Return Policy:
If the buyer changes his mind and wishes to obtain a refund for his order, he has 14 days from the date of receipt of his order to send his return request to Customer Service, via the contact form . If the 14-day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
If an item is defective , the buyer has 48 hours after receiving their order to contact Customer Service. In such a situation, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) by email (description and photos attached) to Customer Service first via the " Contact Us " contact form.
If the buyer has received a free item for their order, for whatever reason, such as a lost and undelivered package, an abnormal delivery delay, a special offer or a gift, and they wish to return part or all of the order, then the buyer must also return the item that was offered to them.
In the event of a return, MugiwaraBoyz® is required to reimburse the amounts paid by the customer, with the exception of return shipping costs. Shipping costs (return shipping) are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable. It is therefore the customer's responsibility to pay their own shipping costs to return their item to our manufacturing center in Asia, to the return address that will be communicated to the buyer by Customer Service. Reimbursement of the order is due within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).
This policy applies to all items sold on the MugiwaraBoyz® website, except for personalized items. Personalized items cannot be returned.
